Sarah Geronimo, hailed as Iconic Movie Queen of Philippine Cinema

Every Popsters is celebrating for another milestone in Sarah's career.

As reported, Sarah was hailed as 1 of the 6 Iconic Movie Queens of Philippine Cinema as a Special Award to be given by 63rd FAMAS Awards on September 20, 2015. These Movie Queens includes Susan Roces, Gloria Romero, Nora Aunor, Maricel Soriano and Dawn Zulueta.

Sarah Geronimo is the youngest recipient of this special award representing her generation.

"The Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences, Inc. (FAMAS) announced the nominees competing for major awards in the 63rd FAMAS Awards Night.

This year's edition will have the theme: "Throw Back Glam Day … A Look Back At Six Glorious Decades of Philippine Cinema."

For this reason, six actresses from different generations are hailed as "Iconic Movie Queens of Philippine Cinema." These are: Gloria Romero, Susan Roces, Nora Aunor, Maricel Soriano, Dawn Zulueta, and Sarah Geronimo." - PEP.ph
